手稿、日記の処分

自身の反省のためもあり、古い日記やら読書ノートなどを見直していた。このブログも近日中に更新できなくなると思うがどうするか幾分考える。今のところはコメント欄凍結のみで公開しておこうとは思っている。ブログの更新をやめるときはあらためてお知らせします。

養生

　実家に久々に長くいるのでかかりつけの医者数件に出向いて色々と相談事をする。ここ数年の健康状態は非常によいのだけれど、いつガタがくるのかわかったものでもないので念のために・・・。

魔女の権利？

　詳しく調べなければならないのだけど忘備としてメモをしておく。

　濱口桂一郎氏（労働法の研究者）のブログ記事、「教会は魔女による利用を認めなければならないか」で紹介されている問題について(http://eulabourlaw.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/2009/08/post-7801.html)

　問題自体は紹介の記事を読んでいただければ理解できると思う。問題になっているEUの均等法については詳しく調べてみないとなんともいえないけれど、宗教上の理由ゆえに何らかの不利益をこうむる場合、ないしこうむらす場合の問題。
